Member Points｜Shopping Points
After you have become a Garlic Crush member:
For every NT30 you spend, you will receive 1 point.
For signing up to be a member, you will receive a one time 30 points.
For your birthday, you will receive 100 points.
1 Member Point can be used to deduct NT$1 in your next purchase
・Shipping charge does not count toward earning Member Points.
・Member Points can only be used to deduct a maximum of 30% of the total amount of each purchase.
・New member points and birthday points can be used in purchases of NT500 or more.

・7-11 Payment at Pick Up (Taiwan Only)
Shipping Charges
Free shipping on purchases of NT390 or more
A processing fee of NT50 will be charged on purchases less than NT390
Shipping Methods
Orders before 2pm on a weekday, typically ships the same day
Orders after 2pm on a weekday, typically ships the next day
Taiwan
- ChungHwa Post (2 to 3 business days to most places in Taiwan)
- 7-11 Pick Up (2 to 3 business days to most places in Taiwan)
International
- ChungHwa Post (Delivery time varies, on average 1~2 weeks to Asia, 2~3 weeks to other continents)
- Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, international shipping availability and speed may be affected

Returns & Exchanges
Policy
- If there's any issue with the product, please follow the steps below and apply for a return or exchange within seven days.
Steps
- To return the product, please email info@garlic-crush.com within seven days, we'll reply with a return case number, and send to you a return envelop.
- Please put the product, in the original condition as it was received, in the provided envelop. Please write on return case number on the envelop, and wrap it properly to avoid further damage. Please do not write the return case number on the product, or the return will not be accepted.
- After we've received the returned product in its original condition, we will send you the exchange or issue a refund within seven days.
